Lifeskills 101

What is Life Skills 101?

Life Skills 101 is designed to help your dog learn the practical skills they need to be a confident, well-mannered companion in the real world. Rather than focusing only on traditional obedience, this class works on behaviors, impulse control, focus, and confidence while introducing dogs to the kinds of people, sounds, distractions, surfaces, and situations they may encounter in everyday life.

Throughout this positive, hands-on six-week course, you and your dog will work together on skills such as polite leash walking, calmly meeting new people and other dogs, accepting handling and grooming, maintaining focus around distractions, and responding appropriately in new situations. The goal is simple: to give your dog the tools to make better choices while strengthening the communication and bond between you.

Real-world skills for real life with your dog — because better manners and greater confidence can make everyday adventures more enjoyable for both of you.

The class will start on September 15. The class will be held every Tuesday evening from 5:45 to 6:45. It is also a 6 week long course.

CLASSES ARE CLOSED FOR THIS SESSION – The price is $150.  Click here to register.
